The responsibilities of a Host/Hostess include:
● Welcoming guests while making genuine conversation as you seat them
● Demonstrate genuine hospitality day-in and day-out
● Work well in a team environment and under high stress
● Ability to multi-task and take direction
● Interacts with guests, co-workers and management in a positive way
Expo
An Expeditor's responsibilities include:
● Ensuring food quality is at the highest standards and follows Milestone's established food quality and plating specifications
● Working in a team environment with both front and back of house staff to ensure a great guest experience
● Follows established procedures in food safety
● Takes pride in our food program- demonstrates that pride by taking ownership of their dedicated station, preparing food only that meets Milestone's highest standards
● Plays a vital role in the control of food waste, inventory levels and storage of food
