Shape the future of data-driven decision-making in the Buildings Project Controls Group. As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll support project teams by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and performance across major building projects in Calgary. Your Impact

  • Analyze project cost, schedule, and performance data to identify trends and support proactive decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that simplify complex data for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting for high-profile building projects.
  • Apply data validation techniques to maintain integrity and reliability of project control systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights to optimize processes and outcomes.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL; familiarity with Python or R is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and experience creating dashboards for business insights.
  • Knowledge of project controls or construction industry data is a plus, but not required—curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.
