Job Overview:
The Senior Data Analyst will provide expertise and strategic direction across core data management practices. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's key technology platforms, including Collibra and Databricks, to deliver robust data solutions and services that support business-led initiatives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor junior technical resources, enhancing their skills in data engineering, governance, and platform usage.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams and offer technical leadership to ensure solutions align with business outcomes and enterprise data strategy.
- Lead technology and thought leadership initiatives related to data governance and data management.
- Actively liaise with various business stakeholders to understand key business objectives.
- Work with internal TIS resources to deliver solutions.
- Provide support for ongoing and new business initiatives, while seeking opportunities to improve internal processes for better time-to-value and faster project turnaround.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in data management practices.
- Proficiency in key technology platforms such as Collibra and Databricks.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in data governance and management.
