Saturn has an opportunity for a full time
Master Data Analyst
based in the Calgary, Alberta office. Reporting to the Team Lead, Master Data, the Master Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Set up and maintain all cost center, AFE and vendor master data in Qbyte FM.
  • Communicate updates to all departments through email and respond to all queries on master file maintenance.
  • Assist capital group with ensuring all AFE's are available for use when approved.
  • Prepare journal entries to reverse/rebook AFE and cost center charges when working interest changes are identified.
  • Work together with operations groups to develop processes and procedures for maintaining allocations to ensure costs are being allocated to wells accurately.
  • Additional duties as required.

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Advanced knowledge of Qbyte FM
  • Solid understanding of operations, capital and joint venture accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
