As our Dental Sterilization Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our instruments pristine, our treatment rooms ready, and our patients safe. It's an essential job—with just the right mix of responsibility, rhythm, and routine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, sterilize, and disinfect dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms between patients to ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Monitor sterilization logs, supply inventory, and safety standards to keep everything running smoothly
  • Assist clinical team members with instrument setup and breakdown as needed
  • Support a safe, efficient workflow that meets both patient care and health regulations

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling sterilization equipment and following mandated protocols (we'll provide training if needed)
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit—you love helping others succeed
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required

Skills

  • Proficiency in using dental software such as Abeldent is preferred.
  • IPAC training required.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology is advantageous.
  • Experience in dental assisting or as a dental receptionist is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
