Overview

Position #1 - Dental Sterilization Technician.. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a sterile and safe environment by properly sterilizing dental instruments and assisting with infection control protocols. This position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative healthcare team, supporting both clinical and administrative staff. Dental l terminology, or dental assisting is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Salary range $23-27 per hour.

The Sterilization Technician is vital in ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. Computer skills are essential, customer service skills are required.

Position #2 - Experiences Dental Assistant. We require any level of experience. Must have a strong interest in learning periodontics. Salary range $27-33 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Properly clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments using approved sterilization equipment and techniques.
  • Follow infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
  • Prepare sterilized instruments for use during patient procedures, ensuring all tools are ready and properly stored.
  • Assist dental staff by managing instrument inventory and notifying when supplies need replenishing.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of sterilization cycles, equipment maintenance, and compliance records.
  • Well organized and pay attention to detail.
  • Ensure the sterilization area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to appointment schedules.
