Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our dental practice. This position involves the sterilization of dental instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and supporting the overall efficiency of the clinic.

Duties

  • Perform sterilization procedures on dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and monitor equipment functionality.
  • Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organized, adhering to infection control standards.
  • Assist dental staff in preparing treatment areas and managing inventory of sterilized supplies.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless workflow and patient care.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using software such as SteriTraces.
  • Background in dental assisting is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
