Seeking a careful, respectful, and experienced individual for a one-time gutter cleaning at a private, single-level executive home in Nanaimo.

This is not your average gutter job, and that's a good thing.

The home features concealed (box-style) gutters integrated into the roofline. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A light touch and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working on high-end residential properties
  • Their own equipment and insurance
  • Pride in workmanship and respect for private homes

Absolutely no subcontractors, no drama, and no shortcuts.

Just clean, safe, skilled work with honest communication.

You must be able to:

  • Prevent black sludge from staining white fascia (attention to debris control is essential)
  • Work quietly and cleanly
  • Refrain from smoking or vaping on site

This is a straightforward job, but it does require:

  • Knowledge of safe roof access protocols (WCB compliant)
  • Awareness of protecting shingles and fascia when using safety harnesses or ladders

Job can be completed in one day — weekends are fine.
