**Job Title**: Light Duty Cleaner - Fulltime, Parttime, Temporary Contract
**Location**: Nanaimo, BC
**Wage**: $19.41
**About the Role**:
We’re looking for reliable, conscientious individuals with who take pride in shiny clean spaces and to support our client by providing an essential service - keeping their workforce safe.
If you understand the importance of Health & Safety, sanitation and cleanliness, we want to hear from you.
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Disinfecting all high touch point areas
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Cleaning building common areas, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, elevators, etc.
- Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
- Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and windowsills
- Cleaning washrooms and check and replenish supplies when needed

**You have**:

- Experience with heavy cleaning machinery is not required, but considered an asset
- Motivation and a willingness to work + learn
- Be eligible to obtain applicable security clearance(s)
- Knowledge of WHMIS is not required, but considered an asset
