Responsibilities:

  • Install and replace gutters, downspouts, and related components on residential and light commercial buildings.
  • Ensure all work meets Blue Heron Gutters' quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and represent the company professionally.
  • Work independently or as part of a small team.
  • Communicate with homeowners or site supervisors when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of gutter or exterior installation experience (preferred).
  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts safely.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team that values quality over speed.
