Fleetway is looking for an organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Programs team. This is a great opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with people, keeping projects on track, and helping teams stay aligned.
In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of multiple projects by helping manage schedules, workflows, project data, and team communications. You'll play a key part in keeping everyone coordinated and ensuring project activities run smoothly.
You'll report to the Programs Portfolio Manager, but for your first 6–12 months you will work closely day‑to‑day with the Program Manager, Training Team, and Training Leads as you learn the program and build your skills. After that, you'll transition into supporting the broader RCD team.

- Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Monitor deadlines and milestones, proactively identifying risks, conflicts, or delays.
- Coordinate document distribution to ensure clear communication across project teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track schedule and budget performance.
- Support data management using Epoch and other approved tools.
- Share project updates and reports with leaders, stakeholders, and team members.
- Generate, manage, and store project documentation within authorized digital environments.
- Oversee the distribution of digital and physical project deliverables.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between project teams to maintain alignment.
- Support the development and improvement of project processes and procedures alongside project team leads.
Education
- Diploma in Technology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or other project-focused work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera is an asset.
- Familiarity with project management tools or data tracking systems is an asset (e.g., Epoch).
- CAPM certification—or interest in working toward it—is considered an asset.
