About the role

We are looking for a Subrogation Claims Representative - Multiline to join our team in the West

What you'll do here:

• Prepare recovery packages for both the auto and property groups to be sent out to third parties.
• Monitor and maintain any files within collections alongside internal and external stakeholders.
• Process payments on claim files.
• Monitor and document incoming and outgoing evidence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.
• Accurately and clearly document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims.
• Identify process improvements to management.

What you bring to the table:

• High School or College Diploma, including business/administration training or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 1-year work experience in insurance.
• Claims experience is an asset.
• Ability to consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed.
• Superior organizational skills, results-oriented, and agility to navigate an environment where you must think on your feet.
• Effective communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Strong computer skills with standard office applications, including strong data entry skills.
