About the role
We are looking for a Subrogation Claims Representative - Multiline to join our team in the West
Become a part of our innovative and dedicated team committed to excellence in claims management
What you'll do here:
- Prepare recovery packages for both the auto and property groups to be sent out to third parties.
- Monitor and maintain any files within collections alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Process payments on claim files.
- Monitor and document incoming and outgoing evidence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.
- Accurately and clearly document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims.
- Identify process improvements to management.
What you bring to the table:
- High School or College Diploma, including business/administration training or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 1-year work experience in insurance.
- Claims experience is an asset.
- Ability to consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed.
- Superior organizational skills, results-oriented, and agility to navigate an environment where you must think on your feet.
- Effective communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Strong computer skills with standard office applications, including strong data entry skills.
