The Role
As a Consult Services delivery leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of solutions architects and SMEs who deliver Modern Work Advisory, Design, Implementation Services projects for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring that their expectations and requirements are met and that the projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality. You will also work closely with the Practice team to be part of the solutioning process and align on resource planning, skill development and ensuring quality delivery of projects. You will have a strong background in Modern Work technologies such as M365, AWS End User Computing, Google Workspace as well as in human resource management, leadership, and consulting skills. You will also bring experience with ServiceNow Platform and IT Service Management.
- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Architects who deliver M365 Advisory, Design and Implementation projects for our clients.
- Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team, as well as performance feedback and coaching.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our project delivery methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to identify and solution new opportunities, as well as with the business development team to grow our project delivery services portfolio.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Modern Work Platforms (Microsoft, AWS, GCP) and Virtualization (Citrix, VMware etc)

Required Skills And Experience
- At least 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Modern Work Products
- Background in IT service management or consulting.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position in addition to fluency in French.)
