As a consultant, you play a dual role of Business Analyst and emerging Project Manager. You take ownership of workstreams within client engagements - driving structured discovery, documenting requirements, coordinating and executing testing, and ensuring deliverables progress on time and within scope. You are developing comfort in facilitating workshops and managing client expectations, balancing analytical precision with delivery follow-through. You contribute to project success through proactive coordination, strong communication, and growing ownership of timelines, risks, and dependencies. 

Accountabilities 

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients, ensuring clear outcomes and aligned expectations.
• Translate business needs into project plans, automation roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Coach client stakeholders through adoption and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities for value beyond the immediate scope and recommend initiatives to expand impact.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies that improve delivery maturity.
• Lead or co-lead discovery sessions to gather detailed business and process requirements.
• Translate findings into structured documentation—process maps, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Support project setup and planning by defining milestones, tracking tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validating solutions against requirements and ensuring issues are tracked to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and testing feedback.
• Identify improvement opportunities and flag potential risks early to the project lead.
• Begin managing smaller initiatives or sub-projects under guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and documentation that standardize delivery practices.

Key Deliverables 

• End-to-end project and engagement plans with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Workstream or task-level project plans with timelines and dependencies.
• UAT plans, test cases, and consolidated feedback reports.
• Progress reports, meeting notes, and risk logs for assigned areas.
• Change management strategies and adoption plans.
• Reusable frameworks and accelerators for delivery efficiency and standardization.

• Pre-Sales: Contribute to early-stage client conversations with delivery insight.

• Strong consulting experience leading client engagements independently
• Expertise in workshop facilitation, discovery, and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to translate business needs into clear project plans and automation roadmaps
• Skilled in change management and client adoption strategies
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience iin dentifying value opportunities beyond the defined scope
• Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, or related platforms
• Ability to build reusable frameworks, methodologies, or accelerators
• Strong presence and credibility in client forums
• Mentorship experience with junior consultants or associates
• Strategic advisory and pre-sales contribution skills
