Duties

  • Manage and coordinate property leasing, renewals, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy rates
  • Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate repairs using property management software such as Yardi and CMMS systems
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and property conditions
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping for all property-related documents
  • Facilitate communication between tenants, vendors, and ownership through professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence
  • Negotiate lease terms, rent collections, and service contracts to optimize property revenue
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries or issues
  • Assist with marketing efforts and sales activities to attract prospective tenants

Experience

  • Proven experience in property management or real estate administration
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is highly preferred
  • Office experience with strong organizational skills in data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
  • Background in customer service or sales to effectively handle tenant interactions and negotiations
  • Knowledge of CMMS or similar maintenance management systems is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
  • Prior experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously

This position requires a proactive individual capable of balancing administrative duties with excellent customer service. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
