Main Office Location: Nepean, Ontario

In this role, you will serve as a point of contact between the property owner and tenants. A list of position details is provided below.

Position details:

- Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies when leases expire, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units around the Ottawa area.
- Maintains property rentals by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing basic repairs.
- Ensures timely collection of rents and fees.
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental market.
- Prepares all lease-related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Troubleshoots and responds to after-hours emergencies regarding the properties and tenants may be required.

- Strong communication and excellent listening skills to deal with tenants & property owners
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of finance and marketing
- Strong work ethic and teamwork
- Time-management abilities
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in rentals or sales is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 30 per week
