In addition to licensing, we also offer custom music creation and music buyout services for diverse media needs. As artists and musicians ourselves, we are deeply passionate about delivering high-quality, stylized music that complements the unique visions of our clients. We are launching a new video ai product suite and need significant grants admin, and business ops support across all business categories.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid Grants Administrator role, located in Kitchener, ON, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Grants Administrator will manage end-to-end grant processes, including research, application preparation, submission, and reporting. The role involves tracking deadlines, maintaining accurate documentation, budgeting for grant opportunities, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of funding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Grant Administration and Research Administration processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess funding opportunities and develop detailed grant proposals
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Budgeting to manage financial aspects of grants
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records
  • Experience in music or media industries is an asset
