Salesforce Administrator/Trainer*

*
The successful Salesforce Administrator/Trainer will be *a business leader who has in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and fully understands how it benefits our organization. They will look for continuous improvements in productivity and provide innovative solutions to shorten the sales cycle and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
The Salesforce Administrator/Trainer will report to the Director of Operations and work with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and maintain and customize the platform for maximum efficiency. They will also be responsible for the development and facilitation of end-user training to ensure the sales team effectively utilizes the full capabilities of the Salesforce technology.

Roles & Responsibilities: *
Create and manage changes to the system
- Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
- Proactively gather feedback from users
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user
- Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation
- Gather requirements from end-users
- Modify the system to increase benefits and usability as instructed by the client
- Create custom objects when necessary
- Create new reporting and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed
- Provide support functions as needed
- Provide sales and financial data to the executive team as needed
- Create and manage flows to automate user input and increase efficiency
Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Create and maintain reports
Maintain System, Security, and Integrity
- Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and other object records in response to personnel changes
- Grant/remove and maintain user licenses
- Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels
- Design, create and maintain user roles, profiles, and hierarchies
- Manage data backup protocols
Data Quality and Maintenance
- Monitor neglected Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, or other objects as appropriate.
- Import data as appropriate.
- Manage duplicate records.
- Monitor and improve data quality.
- Ensure data integrity by removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields, and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow.
Develop and Facilitate Salesforce Training
- Facilitate Salesforce training to ensure all new sales managers have the ability to correctly enter their sales data, track every lead and opportunity in detail, run applicable reports and fully leverage the platform to shorten the sales cycle
- Develop and facilitate training on all updates and enhancements
**Experience and Skills Required**
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Training facilitation experience
- Excellent knowledge of CRMs and the sales process
- Demonstrated project management and analytic skills
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Flow understanding and management
**Training and Certification**
- Salesforce Administrator 201 certification highly valued
