Shape the Future

For too long legal software has been difficult, boring and stuck in the '90s. We're shaping the future of legal work with fun, delightful products that bring joy to our users and that adds value to their work.

Accomplishing this begins with a great team that cares about our customers, our values and each other.

Make a Big Impact

Legal technology is the last frontier awaiting its technological revolution in the workplace and MinuteBox is at the forefront. We are taking on a massive market and a massive problem across various domains and practice areas.

Company Culture

MinuteBox is a place where leaders are born. Our founding team and management believe in empowering you to lead and excel at what you do best. We value mental and physical health and well-being and strive to create a positive work environment for everyone.

About the Job

This role is built for someone who loves the energy of events—the planning, the people, the scramble, and the payoff. It's a fast-paced, hands-on position where you'll keep a dozen details in motion, manage vendors, juggle travel and logistics, and still find a way to make it all look effortless.

You'll thrive in a startup environment where no two days are the same. One day you'll be finalizing booth assets, the next you'll be coordinating swag drops or locking in speaking opportunities. The work moves quickly, and so do you—solving problems on the fly, staying one step ahead, and making sure every event feels like it was built by a team that has it together.

In legal tech, precision matters. This role blends creativity with organization, turning structure and strategy into experiences that build trust, credibility, and buzz. If you're excited by fast-moving teams, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape how we show up to the world, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the logistics for 15–20 events a year—everything from shipping booth assets and swag to booking travel and hotels (with admin support) and keeping vendors, organizers, and venues in sync.
  • Work directly with event organizers to lock in the best packages—booth space, lead lists, speaking spots, demos—whatever gives us the most impact.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to line up pre-event support: attendee lists, social posts, collateral, staffing plans.
  • Show up when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly on-site—setup, vendor check-in, staffing, teardown, the whole deal.
  • Take charge of post-event follow-up: lead hand-off, recap reporting, cost tracking, and inventory updates.
  • Keep our vendor and asset database tight—materials, shipping timelines, contracts, invoices, the works.
  • Keep improving how we do events—capture what worked, fix what didn't, and refine our playbook as we grow.

Prerequisites:

  • 0-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations or a similar role (internships count).
  • Extremely strong organizational skills, ability to run multiple event projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and vendor-management capability.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and being the go-to operational person for events.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable working in spreadsheets, project-management tools, CRM basics.
  • Willingness to travel to events when required.
  • Strong "can-do" mindset, able to anticipate logistical needs and pivot when needed.
  • Bonus: experience in B2B tech/SaaS, familiarity with trade show/exhibit environments, or experience managing swag/booth assets.

About the Role

  • Permanent salaried employee
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Salary commensurate with experience
