Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and account management, with proven leadership skills. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building lasting client relationships, and expanding our market presence across various industries. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets through effective coaching and performance management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and prospecting in B2B environments
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company goals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions involving technology products or services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for senior management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products preferred
  • Strong background in marketing, customer service, and outside sales environments
  • Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales data
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and develop actionable insights
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience
