Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Vaughan, ON. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional leadership, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing product knowledge to prospective customers, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- To curate sales through Chats on website.
- Interior Design experience an asset
- Passion for high-quality furniture craftsmanship and knowledge of the furniture industry is an asset
- Language requirement English, French and or Italian
- Open to higher earning and manufacturing processes of fine leather furniture
Salary and Compensation
. Guaranteed Salary between 60K- 75K depending on experience and ability
