· Is passionate about all thing's hospitality

· Has previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

· Has a strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food preparation and ability to follow recipes and standards

· Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively

· Has strong organizational and time-management skills

· Follows proper food handling and sanitation regulations

Previous experience as a Shift Leader or Lead Line Cook is considered an asset.
