As a Line Cook, You Will:

- Set up and stock your station, ensuring readiness before each service
- Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications, maintaining quality, taste, and

presentation
- Assist in preparing daily specials and seasonal features
- Monitor food quality through temperature checks and visual standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in your work area, following all food safety

guidelines
- Help with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
- Support the kitchen team during service for dine-in, events, and banquets
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development under senior kitchen

leadership
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen
- Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passion for seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced food
- Flexible availability—mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour
