We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House Staff to create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Support food preparation and presentation to uphold quality and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with banquet and catering setups, ensuring all details meet guest expectations
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment in compliance with hygiene standards
  • Support team members during busy periods by serving drinks, clearing tables, or assisting with food handling tasks

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fine dining environments or food industry roles is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Experience in serving, food preparation, catering or banquet settings is advantageous
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is beneficial; barista experience or dietary aide background is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
