Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beauty services, ensuring a memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Duties

  • Must have Eyebrow Threading experience, Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, makeup application, body waxing.
  • Deliver personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable services and products.
  • Provide excellent guest services by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conduct product demos and upsell beauty products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting products effectively through demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in beauty services such as hair styling, makeup application, nail care, or body waxing is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration.
  • Ability to perform retail sales through upselling techniques while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Experience with front desk operations is a plus.
  • A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor that reflects the welcoming atmosphere of our salon or spa.
