Role Overview
We're looking for a
passionate and consultative Sales Representative
who thrives on connection, conversation, and purpose.
You'll work directly with creators, startup founders, consultants, and small business owners; people trying to bring their ideas to life but drowning in tools, tabs, and tasks.
Your mission?
To become their
helping hand,
showing them how COEngine can transform the way they manage, automate, and scale their business.
You'll lead meaningful conversations, educate clients, and be part of a movement that's empowering the future of entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with creators, founders, and small business owners who need automation and clarity.
- Conduct high-impact product demos showing how COEngine centralizes everything they do into one intuitive system.
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline using our CRM tools.
- Work alongside our marketing team to refine messaging and drive community-led growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent COEngine with empathy, insight, and authenticity.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in
SaaS, tech, or B2B service sales
(preferred). - Genuine understanding of creators, entrepreneurs, and modern business owners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate problems into solutions.
- Independent, proactive, and purpose-driven.
- A relationship-builder who sells through
value, trust, and results
, not pressure.
Skills
- Sales and Customer Engagement skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Automation
- Ability to conduct Product Demonstrations and Close Sales
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in working with AI-powered tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in Metro-Vancouver, BC
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
