Glass World, the Lower Mainland's leading manufacture of Bathtubs, Shower Stalls, Shower Bases, Tub and Walls, Mirrors, Shower Doors, Closet Shelving, Vanities and Cabinets is looking to add to its team of excellent people.

We are looking for a mature individual who has been calling on designers, developers, mechanical contractors and builders for at least 5 years to represent our products and build our market share. Salary is negotiable to experience. Company vehicle, competitive salary and benefit package including RRSP match all part of the remuneration.

Glass World sells directly to the contractor. This is not a sales position to call on the plumbing wholesaler. This is direct competition with the plumbing wholesaler. All bathware is sold direct to mechanical contractor, and delivered to site in our own trucks.

Job Overview

We’re seeking a driven and personable **Outside Sales Representative** to grow our bathtub and shower stall business. This role focuses on building relationships with plumbers, designers, and builders to promote our expanding product line and drive sales across key markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors, designers, builders, and renovation professionals
- Promote and sell bathtubs, shower stalls, and related products to new and existing clients
- Conduct regular in-person visits to job sites, showrooms, and offices
- Educate clients on product features, installation benefits, and design options
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in building materials, plumbing, or home improvement
- Strong network within the plumbing, design, or construction industries is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for relationship-building
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
