**Your Mission as the Sales Development Representative**:
Your mission as a Sales Development Representative at Graph'em is all about building and maintaining relationships. You will be expected to bring in new business through the selling of web and app design and development services, in addition to maintaining strong relationships and sales with existing clients (we have very loyal clients that usually stick with us after their first experience with Graph'em). You will be expected to set sales targets and hit them. You will be backed by the technical team when needed. If you perform well, then you will be promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager.
Sales Development Representative’s duties and responsibilities:
Must be great at getting in the door from a cold call and building a book of business

Build and manage a full pipeline of qualified prospects using our CRM and booking appointments

Cold call business owners and key decision-makers in companies in both Canada and the USA

Qualify prospects using our interview form

Create and present estimates to various clients (new clients and existing clients)

Use marketing material to increase sales

Create and meet daily activity targets as well as monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain existing relationships

Manage the Follow-up system

Help to create/update your Sales Development Representative hat and systems as you expand

**Required experience and qualifications**:
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales

Bi-lingual (Fluent English & French) is an asset, but not mandatory

Knowledge of web and app design and development is an asset, but not mandatory

Knowledge of basic marketing flows (campaigns - ads, landing pages, funnels, newsletters etc.) is an asset, but not mandatory

Knowledge of Grant Cardone Sales & Marketing is an asset, but not mandatory

Experience in communicating with clients in various ways

**Offered salary and other compensation**:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $50,000 CAD base salary + commission. Additionally, we offer
