Administrative Assistant InvermereTerm Full-time
January 2, 2026, to January 8, 2027
Duties: Reporting to Invermere Campus Manager, this position is responsible for a variety of tasks in support of the campus. The position is the first point of contact and triage for individuals and groups internal and external to the College; requires the ability to perform effectively and set priorities in a diverse working environment with constant interruptions; handle confidential information with discretion; and exercise initiative and sound judgment.
Qualifications: An Office Administration Certificate with a minimum of three to four years of related work experience or equivalent is required. The candidate must be proficient in MS Windows applications and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Position#62
CUPE Pay Level 4, $2,262.50 per twice monthly pay period (This includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation). Terms over 1 year have the option of benefits and vacation or 16% in lieu.
