Role Overview:
The Director of Operations & Project Management at BoomerangFX will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both operational excellence and project execution are maintained at a high standard. This leader will drive the integration of strategic goals across departments, ensuring seamless project delivery and continuous improvement of operational workflows.

This is a 5 day on site commitment in Mississauga. If the successful candidate can start immediately, you will receive a $2500 bonus

Core Responsibilities
:

• Operational Leadership
  : Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing functional areas to ensure alignment with company goals. Implement processes that foster efficiency and optimize workflows across departments.
• Project Management Excellence
  : Lead major projects from planning through execution, including defining project scope, allocating resources, monitoring timelines, and maintaining project budgets.
• Strategic Planning
  : Partner with the executive team to develop strategic operational plans that support business growth and innovation.
• Team Development and Leadership
  : Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and equipped with the necessary tools and training.
• Performance Tracking
  : Implement and manage comprehensive KPIs and dashboards that track productivity, project timelines, and quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement
  : Identify areas of operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives for process improvements.
• Budgeting and Financial Oversight
  : Assist in the creation and management of departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Qualifications
:

• Educational Background
  : Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Certifications
  : PMP certification is an asset.
• Experience
  : Minimum 7+ years in senior operations or project management roles, ideally within SaaS, technology and/or medical industry.
• Skillset
  : Strong leadership, excellent communication, and superior problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Excel and project management software.
• Knowledge
  : Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and industry best practices for operational management​
