  • Manage daily operations across contact center support, repair workflow, recovery, and certified quality review teams.
  • Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Partner with Supplier Management to optimize national repair shop performance and negotiate pricing structures.
  • Drive strategic growth by improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), reducing cycle times, and supporting client retention.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to automate workflows, improve transparency, and enhance client experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Claims, Product, and Client Experience to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Analyze financial and operational KPIs to drive revenue, efficiency, and network optimization.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team overseeing multiple functional areas.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Services, Insurance, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of senior leadership experience in collision, claims, or repair operations.
  • Proven success managing multi-function operational teams and large-scale service networks.
  • Strong background in supplier negotiation, network design, and cost optimization.
  • Experience leading contact center operations or digital claims transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: MBA or JD preferred.
  • Demonstrated success driving NPS improvement, revenue retention, and client advocacy.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.
  • Experience managing technology-enabled workflows or automation platforms.
  • Strong leadership presence, with ability to influence across multiple organizational levels.
