DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - Role Overview

This role will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the operational success of all corporate and franchise restaurant locations.
  • Operational excellence in all brand(s) and every restaurant location.
  • Hiring, training and development of all direct reports.
  • Creating development plans and goals for all team members.
  • Ensuring all budget and financial projections are achieved.
  • Developing strategies to achieve brand KPI's and budgets.
  • Reporting on all KPI's to measure and adjust.
  • Promoting from within where possible to great a culture of development retention and succession.
  • Creating a team and a culture of teamwork to foster communication, efficiency, diversity, problem solving and collaboration.

  • Analytical and excels at problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities while adhering to processes and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a senior position in a Restaurant Franchise business.
  • Valid Driver's License, car.
  • Proficient on PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
  • Able to work outside of regular hours when needed.
