Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area working with Team Angus. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong relationships with clients, facilitating property transactions, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Additional duties include market research, hosting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current property market trends. The role involves working closely with clients to provide personalized and professional services that align with Engel & Völkers' premium standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Marketing, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Negotiations, and Contract Documentation
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to effectively utilize CRM software and other digital tools for tracking leads and managing client relationships
  • Familiarity with the real estate market, including trends in residential and commercial property transactions, is preferred
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with excellent organizational abilities
  • A valid real estate license in the province of Ontario or eligibility to obtain one
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
