Job Description: Window and Door Salesperson

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their window and door needs, providing expert advice and product recommendations.
- Use measuring tape and other tools to take accurate measurements for window and door installations.
- Present product options and features to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, ensuring all specifications and pricing are clearly outlined.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while representing the company in-store and at client locations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong mathematical skills and comfort using a measuring tape and other measuring tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MUST HAVE A VEHICLE AND DRIVERS LICENSE
