About Us

Northwood Kitchen & Bath is a growing kitchen and bath showroom with multiple locations across the GTA. We specialize in cabinets, vanities and countertops. To support our expansion, we are seeking a bilingual (Mandarin & English) team member with strong interest in digital marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Online Promotion
  • Manage and operate Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other online platforms.
  • Create, post, and update product listings to attract potential customers.
  • Research and explore additional online channels (e.g., Xiaohongshu, TikTok).
  • Sales & Customer Service
  • Assist in showroom sales, focusing on vanities and in-stock products.
  • Answer customer inquiries (both online and in-store).
  • Collaborate with design and installation teams for order follow-up (kitchen projects handled by designers).
  • Showroom Support
  • Maintain showroom display and assist in daily operations.
  • Provide a welcoming experience for walk-in customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (must be able to communicate in Chinese).
  • Strong interest or experience in social media marketing / digital advertising.
  • Basic sales skills, comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
  • Previous experience in marketing, retail, or sales is an asset.
