About us

We are currently seeking an experienced and business-minded Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial and real estate law, with a working knowledge of condominium law as it relates to property development and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • LL.B. or J.D. and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-call experience, ideally in a real estate development, commercial real estate, or construction law context.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Condominium Act, the Planning Act, and the Construction Act.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior in-house experience or work with a property development firm is an asset but not required.
  • Handle or support property-related disputes: boundary disputes, easements, adverse possession, land-use or zoning compliance issues, title insurance claims.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and support in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and managing multiple matters simultaneously.
