Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to understand their needs and present tailored automotive solutions
  • Apply effective sales techniques to promote vehicles and close deals
  • Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, product features, and market trends
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the sales and post-sale process
  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotional initiatives and drive visibility
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive dealership sales
  • Strong retail sales background and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with sales leadership principles is an asset
  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc.) are a strong plus
  • Organizational and marketing skills that support sales efforts
