About Rehab2Go
Rehab2Go is a provider of in-home and community-based rehabilitation services across Ontario. We partner with hospitals, retirement homes, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, personalized care. Our multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and psychotherapists.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapist to join our growing team on a part-time, fee-for-service basis. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering both virtual and in-person assessments and treatment, and will be comfortable working with diverse clients.
We are currently looking for a Bengali-speaking psychotherapist. Applications are welcome from both Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), provided a clinical supervisor is already in place, as Rehab2Go does not offer supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients virtually and in person
- Support clients dealing with trauma, chronic pain, and return-to-work challenges
- Utilize CBT and other therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care, pain management, and workplace reintegration
- Skilled in CBT; familiarity with additional modalities is an asset
- Experience with motor vehicle accident (MVA) clients is an asset
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
- Additional languages outside of English are an asset
