Remote, Canada NKS Therapy Full time

**NKS Therapy** is seeking 2 new Associates to join our group therapy practice, providing mental healthcare to residents of Ontario (primarily GTA). This is a unique opportunity for a **Registered Psychotherapist** who is passionate about expanding his or her own practice and therapy skills set.
- Masters Degree (or higher) in Counselling, Psychology, or related
- Registered and in good standing with the **College of Psychotherapists, College of Social Workers, OR College of Psychologists**:

- Minimum of **1 year of post-graduate experience **working with individuals in the areas of mood and other generalist issues (depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem issues), couples/marriage therapy, and some experience with trauma
- **Experience and competence in working with adults is essential**:

- **Experience working with couples/marriage therapy**:

- **Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients**:

- Deliver psychotherapy and counselling services in compliance and accordance with provincial regulation and codes of conduct
- Carry independent malpractice insurance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Warm, collaborative, enthusiastic team player
- **Flexible working hours** - we are seeking someone who can work **weekdays, evenings and some weekends when necessary**. **Estimate 10-20 direct client hours weekly.**:

- Comfortable working independently
- Grow and expand their career and client portfolio
- Work with Couples and Individuals (Adults) on a variety of issues (anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, personality issues, self-esteem, life changes/transitions, relationship issues, career stress, etc.)
- Build and manage a caseload of 10-20 clients per week (opportunity for more)
- Enjoy providing remote/virtual therapy from the comfort of their home/location of choice, and a flexible schedule that they can manage

***Newer practitioners with the required direct counselling experience are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: $60.00-$90.00 per hour
