Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Seeking individuals available for all shifts, including evenings and weekends. This role offers an opportunity to engage with diverse guests, showcase your mixology skills, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience with POS systems such as Square is preferred, along with a solid foundation in food safety and food handling practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, cash handling, and math skills to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve batched alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
  • Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently using Square
  • Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle cashiering responsibilities with accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Organize high volumes of take out orders
  • Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience
  • Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory of batched cocktails
  • Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and alcohol service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Experience

  • Previous experience working as a bartender or server
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems such as Square or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately
  • Experience in serving food and beverages while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism

Pay: $23.00 per hour
