The Role

As a Server, you are more than the link between kitchen and table — you are a trusted guide. You anticipate needs, offer thoughtful recommendations, and build a sense of ease and confidence for every guest. Attention to detail, a deep knowledge of food and wine, and a genuine commitment to hospitality define your service.

As a Bartender, you bring refinement and creativity to the bar. With an emphasis on mezcal, tequila, and seasonal cocktails, you balance technical precision with an engaging, welcoming presence. Your knowledge and care elevate each drink into an extension of the dining experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining hospitality
  • A genuine passion for food, wine, and cocktails
  • Professionalism, poise, and a guest-focused mindset
  • Curiosity and commitment to continual learning
  • Smart Serve certification
