Content and Demand Generation Specialist

Our client, a leading brand in the home improvement/consumer products space. is looking for a Content & Demand Generation Specialist to support its growing B2B and B2C marketing efforts. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven performance marketing, helping bring products to life across digital, social, retail, and professional channels.
This role is located in Concord, and Hybrid in office 3x week
What You'll Do
Content Marketing & Storytelling
Create technical and educational content, including white papers, product sheets, case studies, blogs, and video scripts.
Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment to brand voice.
Update and manage website content.
Use analytics and social-listening tools to generate content insights and opportunities.
Collaborate with in-house creative teams to manage content workflows via Asana.
Partner with product and R&D teams to translate technical information into clear customer benefits.
Demand Generation & Paid Media
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs across email, SEO/SEM, paid social, paid search, webinars, and retail media.
Manage lead-nurture programs and perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Work closely with the media agency to optimize seasonal campaigns on time and within budget.
Track key metrics for web, paid media, and campaign performance.
Maintain a digital asset library to support ongoing demand-gen activity.
Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards and provide regular insights to marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Use data to guide content priorities, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align marketing efforts with product and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies.
Provide guidance to junior team members or freelancers as needed.
What You Bring
3–6 years of B2B/B2C marketing experience—ideally in manufacturing, home-improvement, or related sectors.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical product information into engaging content.
Experience with marketing and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Asana, Brandwatch, GA4, Looker Studio).
Knowledge of CMS platforms (Sitecore is an asset).
Strong project-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience with demand-gen programs, ABM, or studio/production environments is a plus.
A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
