Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a key member of our establishment, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently preparing and serving drinks. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment with a focus on food safety and exceptional service.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
  • Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining quality service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
  • Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management
  • Experience in cashiering, food handling, and food service is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
