La Knowlton Co. est une brasserie artisanale et un restaurant ancré dans les Cantons-de-l'Est. Nous recherchons une personne organisée, proactive et solide en coordination pour être le point d'ancrage opérationnel de l'équipe des ventes : soutenir les représentant·e·s, gérer les communications avec la clientèle, planifier les tournées et les livraisons, et veiller à la qualité de chaque point de contact.

Le rôle

Ce poste soutient à la fois les ventes internes et les ventes sur le terrain. Vous collaborerez avec la direction et la production afin de faciliter et d'optimiser la communication entre la brasserie, la boutique, le restaurant et nos clients commerciaux.

Responsabilités

  • Gestion de la relation client
     : entretenir un contact régulier avec les clients commerciaux et les restaurants; gérer les commandes entrantes et assurer des suivis rapides.
  • Coordination et planification des ventes
     : élaborer et optimiser les routes et horaires hebdomadaires des représentant·e·s et des livraisons; maintenir un calendrier partagé à jour.
  • Administration des ventes et du marketing
     : créer et diffuser les outils de vente (listes de prix, fiches produits, mises à jour).
  • Marketing par courriel
     : gérer l'infolettre hebdomadaire des ventes avec Mailchimp (listes, gabarits, campagnes, rapports).
  • CRM et gestion des données
     : tenir le CRM à jour; suivre la performance des comptes, identifier les comptes inactifs et les opportunités; préparer des tableaux de bord hebdomadaires et des rapports mensuels.
  • Soutien opérationnel
     : coordonner avec la production, la logistique et la comptabilité pour assurer la disponibilité des produits, l'efficacité des livraisons et l'exactitude des factures.
  • Soutien aux événements
     : contribuer à la planification des dégustations, événements et salons; gérer les trousses de vente numériques (logos, photos, notes de dégustation).

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en administration/coordination, idéalement en ventes, hôtellerie-restauration ou agroalimentaire.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et suivi irréprochable.
  • Aisance avec les tableurs et les outils de CRM/gestion de commandes; Mailchimp à l'aise ou prêt·e à l'apprendre.
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
  • Attitude positive et orientée vers les solutions; passion pour la bière artisanale et l'esprit de communauté

About La Knowlton Co.

La Knowlton Co. is a craft brewery and restaurant rooted in the Eastern Townships. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our sales team—coordinating reps, managing client communications, organizing routes and deliveries, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our standards.

The Role

This position supports both inside and field sales operations. You'll work with management and production to streamline communication between our brewery, boutique, restaurant, and wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities

·     Client Relationship Management: maintain regular contact with wholesale and restaurant clients; manage incoming orders and timely follow-ups.

·     Sales Coordination & Planning: build and optimize weekly routes and schedules for field reps and deliveries; maintain a shared calendar.

·     Sales & Marketing Administration: create and distribute sales materials (price lists, sell sheets, product updates).

·     Email Marketing: maintain our weekly sales emails with Mailchimp (lists, templates, campaigns, reporting).

·     CRM & Data: keep CRM updated; track account performance, lapsed accounts, and opportunities; prepare weekly dashboards and monthly reports.

·     Operational Support: coordinate with production, logistics, and accounting for availability, delivery alignment, and accurate invoicing.

·     Event Support: assist in planning tastings, events, and trade shows; manage digital sales kits (logos, photos, tasting notes).

What We're Looking For

·     Administrative/coordination experience—ideally in sales, hospitality, or food & beverage.

·     Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

·     Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM/order-management tools; comfortable with Mailchimp.

·     Professional written and verbal communication in French and English.

·     Positive, solutions-oriented mindset; passion for craft beer and community.
