Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Moncton Metropolitan Area for a Supervisor of Membership Sales & Services. The role focuses on leading, supporting, and motivating the membership team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include managing membership sales and retention strategies, analyzing membership data to identify trends, overseeing staff training and development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to support overall operational goals and deliver a high-quality experience for all members.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with staff, members, and stakeholders
  • Team Management and Training experience with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate membership data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations effectively
  • Previous experience in a leadership role and a background in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset

Bilingualism in both official languages is a strong asset
