Role Responsibilities

  • Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world retail sales supervision based on professional experience.
  • Create realistic situations involving team scheduling, sales floor management, employee training, customer service oversight, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop scenarios for handling customer complaints, managing inventory discrepancies, coaching underperforming staff, opening and closing procedures, resolving employee conflicts, and meeting sales targets.
  • Review and evaluate AI responses to retail supervision queries for accuracy and professional standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback on retail sales supervision scenarios to improve AI training.

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 4+ years professional experience as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, department supervisor, or team lead in retail trade.
  • Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
  • Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
  • Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
  • Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

Preferred

  • 14 years experience preferred.

Start Date

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
  • Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
