Junior Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Accounting Clerk. This position will be based in an office setting and requires proficiency in Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks Desktop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general office duties as required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office, Service Box and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Organize and file documents efficiently to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and manage office supplies.
  • Provide backup support to dispatch and service team.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address inquiries and support needs.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 is a must
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is a must
  • Experience in using ServiceBox is preferable
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
