Looking for a competent Bookkeeper/Accounting clerk to help with the organization and running of the daily financial operations of the company.
Duties:
- Conduct accounting and administrative functions.
- Assist with daily account management, invoice customers and pay vendors.
- Weekly bank reconciliation.
- Contact customers to collect funds.
- Calculate the costs of materials, overhead and other expenses and prepare cost statements or reports.
- Answer questions and solve problems for customers and vendors about their accounts.
Qualifications / Skills required:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper (Minimum 2 years)
- Accounting/Finance educational background
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- QuickBooks (Minimum 2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Multitasking and time management skills
Please note, this is a full time position (Monday to Friday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
