Looking for a competent Bookkeeper/Accounting clerk to help with the organization and running of the daily financial operations of the company.

Duties:

  • Conduct accounting and administrative functions.
  • Assist with daily account management, invoice customers and pay vendors.
  • Weekly bank reconciliation.
  • Contact customers to collect funds.
  • Calculate the costs of materials, overhead and other expenses and prepare cost statements or reports.
  • Answer questions and solve problems for customers and vendors about their accounts.

Qualifications / Skills required:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper (Minimum 2 years)
  • Accounting/Finance educational background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • QuickBooks (Minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Multitasking and time management skills

Please note, this is a full time position (Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
  • QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
