Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Scarborough, ON, for an Inside Sales – Student Recruitment Specialist. The role involves managing lead generation efforts, engaging with prospective students through calls and emails, and guiding them through the recruitment process. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent support to prospective students, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their application journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop potential student candidates
  • Skills in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written Communication abilities to effectively engage with students and stakeholders
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple inquiries effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Relevant experience in student recruitment or related fields is an asset
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is beneficial
