Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales/Customer Service/Office administration to join our team for VFD/Servo products used in industrial automation. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while also engaging in outside sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in B2B and B/C sales, and a passion for technology sales. Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Shopify, hubspot and the ability to communicate effectively in both English, French and Spanish are highly desirable.

This is a part time position leading to a full time postion.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and enhance account management efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Support technical sales initiatives by understanding product specifications and features.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and business development strategies and account management practices.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably for VFD/Servo technology or related industries.
  • Proficiency in hubspot for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and market conditions effectively.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in French and Spanish is a plus but not required.
